I'm impressed that Aloha Sana voluntarily tests their products for contaminants energetically and packages them in ultraviolet glass to preserve their quality. 🌱💚
🍽️ For lunch today, I continued to support my body's detox process with a specially tailored meal: a mono meal of cooked potatoes and a 300g green leaf salad, which I blended into a smoothie with bananas and honey. Day 2 on the Narcolepsy Healing Journey
12th April 2024
Day two and counting! Today was another day of closely following the Narcolepsy Protocol by Anthony William. I'm proud to report that I took 16 out of the 17 supplements recommended, with only the vegan algae oil missing from the list.

For lunch, I enjoyed 1.5 kg of steamed potatoes and a 300g leafy salad dressed in a homemade mix of orange juice, honey, garlic, and onions. In total, I drank 1.5 liters of lemon water throughout the day.
While I managed to stay on track with the physical aspects of the protocol, I struggled with some negative self-talk, a silent battle within. Questions and doubts like "You can't do this" and "This is all pointless" echoed in my mind. It's tough, but I know these mental challenges are part of the journey.
I'm learning that healing isn't just about following a regimen; it's about overcoming the mental barriers that rise along the way.
I'm here, standing strong after Day 2, more determined than ever. Thanks to all of you for your support—it truly makes a difference!

Today marked the first official day following the Narcolepsy Protocol, inspired by Anthony William, Medical Medium. Despite meticulous preparations and having all the ingredients ready, it's been a day consumed by food preparation and timings - a bit more challenging than anticipated, especially with narcolepsy.
One minor hiccup: I couldn’t find my vegan oil supplement. A small detail, but it shows how every piece of this puzzle matters.
Though today felt demanding, I'm reminded of the magnitude of this journey I've embarked on. It's not just a change in diet; it's a lifestyle transformation. I hope the process becomes more routine and less overwhelming with time.
The highlight of my day? The incredible support from all of you. Over 30 people have already joined me on this journey, offering kind words and encouragement. It's empowering and heartwarming to know I'm not alone in this.

What really causes Narcolepsy? A different approach by the Medical Medium

Welcome back to my blog 'Healing Narcolepsy'. Today, I want to delve into a topic that has dramatically shifted my understanding of narcolepsy. For years, I had resigned myself to the belief that there's no cure for this condition. But then, in 2022, I came across Anthony William's book 'Brain Saver', known to many as the 'Medical Medium', and it sparked a profound reconsideration in my mind.
In his book, William presents an alternative approach to understanding narcolepsy. It's not the typical narrative you hear in mainstream medicine. Instead, he focuses on the potential roles of heavy metals in the brain and viral infections in the development of narcolepsy. This theory resonated with me, especially since years before, a high concentration of aluminum was detected in my body. Intriguingly, this is the exact metal that William identifies as a key factor in narcolepsy.
Below, I'm sharing a significant excerpt from 'Brain Saver' where William discusses these unconventional causes of narcolepsy. It’s a perspective that has given me new hope and a different angle to approach my journey of healing.

NARCOLEPSY
Narcolepsy, or what seems to be narcolepsy, can have different causes. One example that the medical industry doesen't know is when someone has a chronic viral infection causing neurological fatique, forcing them to shut down neurologically at unplanned times during the day and search for a spot where they can lie down and restore. Specifically, that's from the neurotoxins inflamming the central nervous system, causing a neurological weakness, especially if there's not enough of an electrical charge surging through brain and the brain stem, driving down the cranial nerves. Not all viral infections that cause chronic fatigue lead to sleep. In many cases, restlessness and insomnia can occur alongside that extreme fatigue. Viral narcolepsy is a specific, unknown category in which neurotoxins saturate the area of the brain that controls sleep, which is the center of the brain that controls sleep, which is the center of the brain that partially encompasses left and right hemispheres and frontal and occipital lobes. It's a ball shaped area that combines the physical and the spiritual together. To cope with viral narcolepsy, some people have to take breaks every couple of hours throughout the day and find a couch, chair, or corner where they can rest their eyes and fall asleep, or else they find themselves constantly dozing and entering a partial sleep-like state.
Another cause of narcolepsy is toxic heavy metal saturation in the brain. As with viruses, heavy metal exposure here can go two ways. It can cause an inability to sleep, or it can cause the need to sleep at random times, sometimes that it could happen at any moment. If sleep doesn't happen at that critical moment, a mild seizure or what feels like a complete shutdown can begin, including slurred speech and severe muscle weakness. The toxic heavy metal that's mostly responsible for narcolepsy is aluminum. Higher levels of aluminum in certain areas of the brain can create a disruptive, sedative effect. When aluminum saturates the sleep center of the brain, it causes the sleep time clock to become confused. Someone of this type of narcolepsy may not sleep through the night and then may sleep on and off throughout the day. Either way, the clock is never balanced, especially if they have both viral inflammation and heavy metals inside the sleep center of the brain.
Medical science and research believe that's a gene that's causes narcolepsy, and they are still searching for it.
Eletrical activity that controls sleep is different from the electrical activity in other avenues of the brain because sleep's electrical activity is not governed by our wants, needs, and daily intentions and interactions. When we're asleep, we're not the boss Back Your anymore.
Mercury plays a small role in narcolepsy too, although it's mostly aluminum saturation; aluminum has an extremely sedative effect when it's in the sleep area of the brain. Aluminum slows down brain cell activity. If there's too much mercury present in this area of the brain, someone will experience less sleep time clock problems and more overall insomnia. Aluminum here dies down the sparks of the electrical impulses, dampening electricity to the point where at a given moment, someone will need to sleep no matter where they are. While it can come unexpectedly, many people with narcolepsy learn to expect its ebb and flow and find its rhythms predictable to some degree. Defining My Goal: A Clear Path to Healing Narcolepsy

Hi everyone, Michael here. Today, I want to talk about my ultimate goal: completely healing from narcolepsy. It's not just about feeling a bit better or managing symptoms – I'm aiming for total recovery. Let me explain how I'll know when I've reached this goal.
The main symptom of narcolepsy is excessive daytime sleepiness. So, for me, being completely healed means no longer struggling with this. Imagine waking up in the morning effortlessly and staying awake and alert for 16 hours straight. No more needing naps during the day just to get by. That's one major sign I’m looking for.
Another clear indicator will be my sleep pattern at night. Right now, I often wake up after just three hours of sleep, feeling tired in the morning. A key milestone in my healing journey will be when I can go to bed and sleep soundly for 6 to 8 hours without interruption.
And then there are cataplexies – those moments when I lose muscle control, often triggered by laughter. I dream of a day when I can laugh without any fear of collapsing. Complete freedom from cataplexies will be a true sign of victory over narcolepsy.
For me, it’s black and white – I either have narcolepsy, or I don't. There’s no in-between. It’s a bit like being pregnant or not, to use a metaphor. So, this journey isn't just about alleviating symptoms; it’s about completely eradicating them.
I share this with you because it’s important to set clear goals. It helps to clarify what we're working towards and gives us a definite endpoint to aim for. Stick with me on this journey, and let's see how far we can go together!
Starting My Journey to Heal Narcolepsy

Many doctors and scientists say there's no cure for narcolepsy, a sleep disorder that can really disrupt your life. That's why I'm trying something different. I'm following a plan from Anthony William, found in his books Brain Saver and Brain Saver Protocols.
I'll be honest – I'm a bit scared about this. There's a chance it might not work. But, I'm also hopeful. Maybe something amazing will happen for me. I'm excited to see what the future brings.
